- Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Exchange Process
- If you received a defective or wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item at no extra shipping cost.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via cash/instapay coordination.
